She was so lost in devouring a book that she didn’t realize her daughter dead at the bottom of the pool. Ever since she has not been able to come to terms with her her daughter’s death and her negligent laxity.

Depressed and deeply grieving, Jennifer seeks no solace in anyone or anything until one day something happens. Her sister Tracy, coaxes her into a three month healing program. This brings her to the healing retreat in the jungles of Sri Lanka surrounded lush greenery and serenity.

Rating – 5/5 Stars
Recommendation – Very High

Conclusion,

This book had me wrapped right from the beginning. I must admit, this was my first paranormal fiction, and it enthralled me to bits. The plot development blew my mind and the character development elevated beautifully. The best part about this book for me, was the description of the wellness retreat in Sri Lanka. Reading about it was soothing and relaxing. This book centers around Jennifer’s healing journey. Her body, heart, mind and soul were on a quest to deep cleanse. Everything was so well connected that I didn’t find one dull moment in the book. Overall a brilliant and very enjoyable read.

Trigger Warnings: Deals with death, killings and paranormal activities.
